Living in Las Vegas and pursuing a career in fashion is sometimes more difficult then it seems, for the simple reason that there is only one decent fabric store.  The owner of this fabric store knows that they have no competition so they jack up the prices high enough to make you feel like you've taken a step back into "The Great Depression".  Knowing that a trip to the garment district in L.A. would be my best option I waited to find a good time to make this trip.  Let's just say the appropriate time never came around.  So now I'm finding myself going crazy trying to find the textiles for look #5.  I've realized that I'm cutting it a little close so I will probably have to create my own textile.  I'll keep everyone posted on how this all turns out, wish me luck.  Until then I leave you with some quick photos I took of look #2 as it comes to life..!
