These are waaaaaaaaay fun and I love them! It's dual sided. One side has crystals to sweep away your dead skin cells and a diamond side to condition the skin. The pad is really soft and they smell really good. They have little pockets that you stick your fingers into and then you scrub away. They say, &quot;clinically shown to reduce fine lines and wrinkles&quot;. It did improve my forehead fine lines. Although at 20, there isn't much improvement needed. I hope : ). It also made my skin luminous. I always try to find products that brighten the skin. It's my obsession. Does &quot;Bright &amp; Healthy&quot; ring a bell?
