Katy Perry is certainly always one for drama, even more so when on stage.  Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't, but you have to respect her gusto.

During her performance at the Berlin MTV Awards I have to say she knocked it out of the park--pretty, interesting, very Berlin in its feeling, and correct me if I'm wrong but I'm pretty sure its Viktor and Rolf--if you're going to be avant-garde there is certainly no better team to get you there.

Bring us more fashion like this, Katy! And leave the carosel skirts at home.
