It's no secret that the VS Angels always look absolutely flawless.  As they are constantly being photographed in their underwear and bikinis, of course the Angels must make sure they look their best. 

Backstage at this year's Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, we got the dish on secret fitness, diet and beauty tips from the supermodels themselves including Miranda Kerr, Selita Ebanks, and Chanel Iman.

The adorable Miranda Kerr said her secret to looking lingerie ready is a continual process.

"I believe you really need to fill your body with nutrients in order to perform at your optimum and it's also really important to exercise," Miranda said.

So what's Miranda favorite "It" thing?  Noni juice-- a cholesterol-free Tahitian beverage made from noni fruit plus natural blueberry and grape juice.

"It's full of vitamins and minerals... great for jet lag and especially long days like this," she said.

We also ran into the super sweet Selita Ebanks.  A month before the show, she worked out six days a week for two to four hours a day.  But maintaining a regular exercise and diet routine wasn't the only thing that helped Selita get ready for the big show.  The supermodel also used a special clay body wrap to pull excess water from the body and firm the skin.

Before Chanel Iman walked her first Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, she shared with us a beauty product she swears by-- the Anastasia Eyebrow Kit.
