Katy Perry usually makes some outrageous choices when it comes to her outfits but I think she actually toned it down a bit while showing off her personality this time. 

The singer made an appearance at this years Glamour Women of Year Awards wearing a blue satin bow cocktail dress by Foley + Corinna with red-patent platforms and red accessories.  Not very many people can pull off the Betty Boop-esque look.  What do you think of her style?
