Emerging fashion designer Christian Siriano took a break from his busy schedule to celebrate his 24th birthday in style in New York City this weekend.  He was surrounded by his boyfriend Brad Walsh and many guests including Kat DeLuna at the trendy spot The Eldridge on Saturday.

With Russian Standard signature "Tranny Mess" cocktails and cupcakes in hand, it looks like Christian had an ultra fierce time.
