Most of tonight's red carpet looks at the Academy Awards made me say "wow" tonight.  However, there were a few looks that left me hanging or dissatisfied.  These are my picks of red carpet looks that didn't hit the mark at this year's Oscars.

1. Sarah Jessica Parker in Chanel

Never would I ever imagine putting Sarah Jessica Parker, Chanel, and worst-dressed in one sentence but I have to for this occasion. Nothing-- from the color and shape to the rosette detailing at the top was doing it for me.

2. Charlize Theron in Dior

Charlize Theron is usually one of my favorite red carpet stars, but I was not impressed with this Dior lavendar gown.   The wrinkled satin and rosette detail across the breasts leaves me wondering what happened.  Better luck next year...

3. Kate Winslet in YSL

Actress Kate Winslet is a classic beauty so it makes sense she chose a simple and classic design by Yves Saint Laurent to wear tonight.  While she does look fabulous, it is a little boring.
