The perfect mix of feminine and tough, Rihanna was spotted shopping at Barneys in New York City wearing this one shoulder Rag & Bone leather and floral dress.  (I've never had the guts to wear an outfit like on a shopping trip, but then again I'm also not one of the biggest pop stars in the world).  To top off this ensemble, the singer paired this dress with Balmain fringe sandals.
