With
Sex and the City 2 in production, ELLE's Creative Director, Joe Zee, crashed a New York City casting call - invites were extended to "Models, celebrity types, upscale socialites, urban club-goers, gays and lesbians, international types (Middle Eastern, Arabic, Asian, European, British), and professional soccer players."
Zee, doing his best to impersonate a professional soccer player, walked the line to critique the style of auditioning hopefuls.

Gingham can be tough. You're either a tablecloth or Dorothy-neither of which is flattering outside of Kansas.
How I would style it: This is a case where pattern-matching doesn't work. And, swap out the yellow tank for a neutral one. And really? A weight-lifter belt?
Choo Rating: Reject

Your initials better be C.B. if you want to work the tutu in broad daylight and not just in dance class.
How I would style it: She dares to pull off an iconic Carrie look and manages to wear the tulle well. Thumbs-up for that. My advice: Opt for a colored ribbon at the waist.

Unless Big and Carrie are doing a Midwest cabin retreat scene, there's no need to cast Daniel Boone. And sir, you forgot your pants.
How I would style it: He's perfect. For Halloween. Wouldn't change a thing.

Very few can wear a white summer dress with such big-city bravado. Crushing on the high-waisted belt and booties. Also, Charlotte called. She wants her look back.
How I would style it: Look at that smile! She's ready for her close-up.
Choo Rating: Cast
