Malan Breton's Fall 2010 was quite a different experience at new York fashion week. His inspiration this season came from Bollywood, bringing to the runway the traditional Indian garments such as saree.

The show was actually a 15 minute bollywood fantasy, with appearances by  dancer and muse Zuleka Emerson Dove- Hatch, the SA Dance Company and American Idol's Anoop Desai with a world premiere of his single "My Name". At the end, Malan Breton walked the runway with countess LuAnn de Lesseps from Real Housewive's of New York.

The big production didn't overshadow the clothes, which included Malan's signature luxurious fabrics, perfectly tailored corsets and the staple piece suits for men. The creative Indian inspired jewelry decorated models' faces. Overall, it was a nice break from the dark and restrained NY runways...
