Nicole Miller's girl got a tougher edge this season. The designer is reinventing fabric manipulation by experimenting even further with her signature draping. She's isn't afraid to explore asymmetry, cutouts and introduce new shapes through one sleeved dresses and fitted pants with draping details on one side. The new modern take on prints, which we've seen on several runways this season, incorporates them within solid architectural pieces. It's a bold approach which will require a daring customer. Luckily the futuristic details are mixed with some of Nicole Miller's signature items, making this collection wearable, while still innovative.
