Although all the Project Runway collections presented at the Bryant Park this morning were interesting and unique in their own way, Christian was  the one who showed the most mature cohesive line where every single piece is FIERCE (using Christian's language). It was hard to believe at times how could this 22 year old come up with something that could easily decorate Paris Haute Couture runways. 

Superb work on garments constructions, which we had a pleasure to see during the entire season here was celebrated with most sophisticated jackets, yards of layered ruffles and draping. The feathers  used on the  closing piece were just enough to give it the edge.

Playing with black and nude tones only Christian showcased his craft and it was breathtaking. It's rare to see someone so young that has it all - enoumorous talent, innovation not guarded by boundaries, star personality and most importantly professionalism.

I'm sure Christian is on his way to become a brand name in American design. Lets just hope he doesn't move back to Europe, his muse)
