Nicole Richie is boho fabulous as usual!  I couldn’t find a top that looked quite like Nicole’s but I did find an equally adorable batik top.  Tip if you are worried cut-off shorts:  buy a size or two up.  It’ll hang nicely off your hips and give you a little more length.
