I love it when Victoria Beckham dresses down.  To me, she looks just as chic even without the expensive designer outfits.   These baggy boyfriend jeans are the perfect example (I wonder if they’re David’s?).   I decided to break down her outfit in two ways: one with the strapless top and the other without for those of you who deplore going strapless (you’ll notice that for this option I swapped out the strapless top with a spaghetti strap tank and cropped jacket, but kept the rest of her ruggedly chic look intact.  Each outfit is under $100.
