Black and white will never fade. I love this outfit because it's the classic pairing of black and white. The white skirt accents the dark black shirt and it reminds me of when woman wore more conservative cloths. It's elegant, and classy. I think that this white skirt and this whole style needs to be worn more often and come back to life.

     The gloves, the hair, the make-up and even the shoes, pair perfectly with her frame.
