I love this look because it's perfect for summer, it's comfortable, airy and most importantly colorful. What I think makes this look complete, is her use of the belt. These dresses, specifically the ones that are wavy at the bottom, and a bit loose need something to define your figure. This high waisted belt allows her to show off her body and add an extra pizzazz  to her outfit.
