My kingdom for a purse with POCKETS!
04/15/2009, 07:09 PM
My hope when I joined Myitthings.com was to reach out to designers and wake them up. To show that fat girls cannot wear thin girls fashions. That they're doing themselves a grave disservace by not expanding out to create designs for all sorts of different shapes and sizes. After all, I wear clothing, I could be one of your customers, if you'd just make things appropreate for me. But my h...

Just in time for Passover - Kosher makeup.
04/06/2009, 12:22 PM
I wasn't lucky enough to be raised Jewish but while shaking my maternal family tree I found that my great-grandparents - both the Pavlicks and the Voytkos - were originally Jewish and converted to escape persecution. The more I read and understand about my denied heritage, the more I wish I had been raised Jewish. I'm just wild about jewelry.
03/03/2009, 01:05 AM
So I mentioned in the comments to my own article for the Vivre contest that I love jewelry. And I do. It's something I inherented from my grandma Pavlick. How I came to be able to make necklaces is because of my best friend, Erin McQuillan. She and her mother Nanc...

My style means an emotional as well as a physical fit.
02/25/2009, 05:05 PM
People often whine about the way I dress on a day to day basis. Complaining that I break the rules of the hosts of What Not To Wear - because I tend for baggy, loose fitting tops. (Funny how they always complain about that, but 99% of the time are wearing horizontial stripes while telling me this, and Clinton and Stacy have said before to not wear horizontial stripes. Point this out to t...

Got the perfect dress designed, now just need it sewn.
02/08/2009, 08:46 PM
Mostly at my mom's pushing I've been searching for an nice looking formal gown. However, I can't find anything I like as it seems 99% of formal wear is sleeveless. I despise sleeveless clothing. Not just because I have ugly arms, but simply because it's very uncomfortable. Physically, mentally, and emotionally. And frankly, I think sleeveless clothing is ugly. I can't even stand sleevele...
