| | ....I have done months - actually, closer to two years - of research, looking both online and off. Trolling through stores from Wal-Mart to Dress Barn to Macys to Nordstrom's - and it's all the same. Clothing for fat women flat out suck. They're fugly to the max. I found a total of two barely wearable outfits at Nordstrom's. That's it. I should've been able to find a half dozen or more. But no. All the tops were cut too short. Fugly patterns. Bad materials. | | Yeah, I'm back to make new remarks about how much fat women's clothing sucks - it's like the fashion designers don't get it. They just don't. I wonder if they ever leave their homes and see real people.
Everyone keeps going on and on about how Americans are getting fatter. Yet the fashion industry just doesn't seem to be keeping up on this. Especially in dressy type clothing.

What is with these designers? Are they trying to make those of us who aren't society's ideal of beauty look so bad we want to kill ourselves? That seems to be the goal.
First off, shirts and blouses, while cut long in the back, anymore are all cut so short in the front you can see the gut roll. No one wants to see the gut roll. Not even us. Please, give us the material to cover it.
