I love pencil skirts, but I suspect that it has something to with the fact that I am tall and it does not make me look like I have short legs or a ridiculously short torso. I prefer high waisted skirts because it makes me look less choppy. Though, I am never short having skirts land on my hips are uncomfortable, so I raise them to my middle. Add some nice tights with this and you will be almost ready to go
