My style gets me noticed! I know what your thinking..."oh jeez another one of those girls who weres too many accessories, caked on make-up and designer from head to toe!" Think again...

My style, which has taken many years and fashion faux pas to establish itself, comes from timeless pieces collaborated with the one piece that makes you say "wow!". You all know what I'm talking about, that piece that you would love to wear but then you think to yourself..."I don't know if I can really pull that off"...I got news for you anything can be "pulled off" with the right mind set. And thats what my style is, I take the ordinary and make it extrodinarily me by adding flair that I find throughout life. My style is simple and personal. And always includes something fun and exciting. In fashion I live by two mantras, "If it's not broke don't fix it...but if you have do something make sure that you do something you believe in" and  "rock it like you where is every day" Let me explain...

I'm a sucker for the classic look, I love jeans and white T's, little black dresses, and simple sillhouettes. Those are things you just can't mess with! My style doesn't reinvent the wheel, it just gives that wheel some extra polish. We all know the classics and we all know they won't go out of fashion so starting with that is crucial. I'll pair that casual jeans and T-shirt with an one of a kind necklace I found at a thrift store. Or I'll do that little black dress with a pair of outrageous shoes that broke the bank. Don't get me wrong I am definitely not encouraging  everyone to where only black, white and neutrals. Tried and true fashion is a good base it's YOUR decision how you tweak it. And this is where MY style comes in, I can only decide for myself what I want to where and when I find something that gets me excited about fashion the sky's the limit. But I have to believe in it. If I think what I'm wearing is completely obnoxious then it wouldn't be MY style. This brings me to my next mantra...

How many people do you see throughout day? Hundreds maybe even thousands. How many of those people will you see again? Slim to none! (disregarding friends and family of course). SO... If you decide one day to wear a...fanny pack. (one of those things that is sort of making a comeback but you don't know if it's really for you) Of all the people who will see you in the fanny pack how many know that this is the first time you've ever worn one? NONE! So..if you "rock it like you wear it everyday" then no ones going to question it. And shamboozle style meets fashion.

My style cannot be described as anything but Me. I like to where things that inspire me, in hopes that I inspire others. My inspiration comes from everywhere from Saks Fifth Ave. to a flea market. It's in silk scarfs, leather bags, floral skirts and embroidered jeans. Those pieces are what get me noticed, not because they're over the top but because they inspire.
