These days the green movement is affecting everything from architecture to clothing, and this is a good thing! Recently I have become more versed, okay a little bit obsessed, in the benefits of burning soy candles rather than your normal wax candle. As I was reading more and more about things like carcinogens that are released into the air simply from burning your average wax based candle I began my quest to find my favorite soy candle. I tried all the main stream brands; Votivo, Archipelago, Yankee.... but most of the scents were too pungent or fake smelling. I came across a new brand that has quickly taken its place as my new favorite candle, Sulee Candles, which I found on one of my go-to online stores Branchshop.com. Anyway Sulee candles are not only 100% soy based, but they are packaged in adorable printed wrapping that is also completely recycled- we love that! There are so many great scents available- I think I am going to have to order more and try them all! I highly recommend these candles if you are looking for a great green candle for your self or a gift!
