The always impeccable Debra Messing didn't win my award on the Emmy's red carpet tonight. She looked great in her red one shoulder gown, but was missing the usual drama she brings on the red carpet. I'm a big fan of Kim's style, but tonight her white one shoulder dress didn't look very appropriate for Emmy's red carpet. The dress is too simple and the silhouette is too literal. I do give her kudos for pulling off a tight white dress...

I haven't seen the queen of pop looking more outdated than tonight at the VMAs. Even though Madonna was part of the pretty emotional Michael Jackson tribute, I would expect to see her in something a bit more flattering. Her leather top didn't fit properly, the sleeves were too big and the hair... was simply wrong. It's sad seeing Madonna loosing her edge to the new pop style icons like Lady Gaga. ... I had no idea body suits were considered a legal red carpet attire, until I saw Kanye West lady Amber Rose rocking one at the VMAs. Even the snake print didn't help to make this thin piece of clothing look appropriate...

Where shall we start?... Some of these ladies didn't get the fashion trends memo. I know it's Grammy and they can be crazy and fun, but some things just need to stay off the red carpet!

Sorry ladies, this year' s Oscar red carpet wasn' t your best appearance:
The newly pregnant Nicole Kidman doesn' t really embrace her femininity in this black satin gown. The jewelry on the top part makes it even more confusing. Nicole used to rule red carpets, i guess this is just not her year.
