So I was surfing the web, not doing my homework as I most obviously should, when I ran across something titled “Ugly is the New Beautiful.”

I weighed my options most carefully— Do necessary homework or make that effortless click that leads to an article I most certainly do not have an exam on tomorrow?

The click just happened by accident; I swear.

Anyways, I ended up reading through a fascinating article about a model agency called “Ugly.” The agency was started in the one and only New York City in 1969.

Simon Rogers, the owner, looks for matchless models who wouldn’t be considered your traditional “beauties.” With an intriguing curiosity, I started to look at the photos of Rogers’ models. 

WOW. 

Really, that says it all. 

I was astonished. Usually attempts at diversifying the runway include miniscule changes but, when Roger does things, he really stays true to his word.

I’m not sure what I think about some of the men… but I think the girls are beautifully unique.
