     From media trends, to the athletes all the way down to the emergency room, the huge issues of health and fitness are needed throughout. It is vital to keep yourself "fit", not skinny, but fit. I have been dancing throughout my whole life, since I was only two because of dancing, I have a great way to keep yourself staying, looking, and feeling healthy and fit. Dance is a great way to have a fun workout and to let your creativity free and it will actually make you look and feel 10 years younger! There is no right or wrong way to dance, as long as you keep your body moving and your energy up, you are in for a great workout. All you need to are few simple "one two" steps and same fast music to get your heart pumping and feeling great. You should dance for at least 15 minutes. The average person should have 40 minutes of cardio, but with dancing you are using all your muscles and letting lose in 15 minutes. Also, if you dance and you are not happy with your results, it could be your diet. I believe in one's satisfaction meaning I would eat whatever I crave, but in small portions and not after seven. If you work late I recommend a lite dinner. Well, these are just a few simple steps to help you get fit, fast!
