The Perfect Body Diet!
There are hundreds of different diets out there, from protein mania to carbs equals evil! I have tried many different diets, including the online source, e-diet, and LA Weightloss. These diets would work for a period of time, but then i would get sick of them, quit and the weight would come back. Recently I discovered the secret to getting a perfect body. It was so simple, why had I not done this before?! Do you want to know the secret? Ok here it is. Work out about four times a week for a minimum of twenty minutes. This can be as simple as a walk with your friends! I do that almost daily and it is soo much fun. Also, eat what you want! Stop when you are full. That is a HUGE must. Just beacuse it is good doesnt mean you have to eat all of it. It will still be there tommorrow guys!
About 6 months ago i weighed 145 lbs and I was not happy. I decided to join the gym and eat better. I did cardio for 30-45 minutes a day and lifted 3 days a week. Now i usually do cardio for about 20 minutes and remain active throughout the day by walking, dancing, or swimming with my friends. I sleep in and i watch tv just like the normal person. Also, i began to only eat when I was hungry. That made a huge difference!! I still ate what i wanted, meaning cookies, pie, hamburgers, popcorn, anything! I just stopped when i was full. Also, I made sure to get 3 glasses of milk a day and whenever i felt like food but wasn't too hungry i ate fruit. And guess what? i now weigh 120 lbs!! It wasn't even a diet, it was a lifestlye change that ANYONE can do! Seriously guys, try this, you will be amazed at how easy it is. You dont have to cut out any foods, going out to eat, or potluck dinners. You can eat anything as long as it's in moderation.
