There's no doubt R&B singer Cassie has a edge about her style. Her bold and risky move to shave half her head, has definitely inspired a new haircut trend with other celebrities. (Go and find recent pics of Carmen Electra and former MTV VJ LaLa, and you'll see what I mean.)

Well, it seems Cassie wants to be more than a hair trendsetter. She's reportedly in talks to use her name and talents for  a 'sexy' sportswear line with L.A. fashion line DimePiece. Apparently reps from the line contacted Cassie and encouraged her to pursue this latest gambit into the fashion designer scene. The line will only feature avant-garde black and white pieces to match her gritty new look. 

Maybe her work as a model and her connection to Hip-Hop Fashion Mogul P Diddy, has a little something to do with it as well? That's just my guess.
