Fujifilm launched ZSpotNow.com today in promotion of the stylish Fujifilm FinePix Z20 digital camera. Site members will be invited  to participate in exciting Z Spot events and nationwide competitions taking place in Fall 2008 in L.A., Miami and New York. The events will target music fans, artists, gadget gurus and fashionistas.

The Z Spot LA event will be held on September 25, 2008 at the hot Hollywood club, Opera and Crimson and will feature the L.A. band, No Age. Site members will be invited to participate in the Z Roll Movie Contest, where they can submit a short film completing a story started by Fujifilm. The contest winner will attend the event and an exclusive party in which their movie will be premiered.

The Z Spot Miami event will be held on October 18, 2008 at One Cool World Skate Park and will feature a performance by hip-hop/mash-up DJ E-Trip. In conjunction to the event, there will be the Art Z Contest, where aspiring artists can submit redesigns for the Z20 logo. The winning design will be used as the theme for the event.

The Z Spot New York event will be held on November 20, 2008 at an exclusive NY venue. The event will feature a roundtable discussion, in which today's leading fashion and technology designers discuss the convergence of fashion and technology. The Z Couture Tech and Fashion Contest will allow participants to submit a video of themselves explaining what they think is next for the convergence of fashion/style/design and technology. The winner will attend the event and will on be featured on the panel.
