When Lancome approached Style Coalition to create short videos inspired by their new color palettes, I couldn't be more excited to get a chance and reconnect with my artistic side! With all my love to the art of business, I feel lately I've been neglecting the creative arts. So it was a perfect opportunity to get out there with my little Cannon PowerShot and get artsy...

The palette I received, Lancome's Color Design 5 Pan palette in MIDNIGHT RUSH, immediately evoked emotions in me that were connected with one of my favorite hours in the city - the Midnight. I feel everything is so much prettier when lit by the moon, which you can see so perfectly behind the tall skyscraper buildings. The energy of the city is changing at midnight as well - while it's still fast paced, it's much more mysterious.

The video was shot on the streets of my always-alive-neighborhood, East Village, with the help of my amazing assistant Christine Ongsueng, and is featuring a cameo appearance of someone special in my life. So it was definitely a very personal expression, which I hope you'll enjoy!
