It Beauty Secret: Perricone MD Intensive Pore Minimizer.
During the last visit to my facial guru Janet at Pratima Spa (the only person in this world who's allowed to do as she wishes to my face), we had a long chat about my pores, or specifically "How can I get rid of them??". To which Janet laughingly said I can't... Okay, maybe we can minimize these penny-size things covering almost my entire face? That's when I learned about Alpha Lipoic Acid, what apparently was the only way to get the results I wanted.
Being "natural-only" girl when it comes to my skin, I first gave up on fighting the pores with something that sounds "not so natural". But then impulsive shopper in me saw the Perricone MD Intensive Pore Minimizer during a recent trip to Sephora, aimed to pack on my annual Jurlique supplies, and the idea came back. Somehow having an "MD" in the name convinced me to try this product, despite the steep $50 price tag.
It was on a Monday night, which means I've been using the formula for just 3.5 days now. Today, when I looked at the mirror closely, I couldn't believe my eyes - the pores on my face were actually a normal size, almost unnoticeable. And thanks to the combo with MakeUpForever HD foundation, I actually loved the way my skin looked for the first time in ages... It felt tight, smooth and much less shiny (one thing all enlarged-pores faces have in common).
It's been a while since I saw immediate visible results from a beauty product, although admittedly I rarely experiment when it comes to my face skin. Now somehow $50 seem like a small price to pay for the skin I love...
