It looks like the Project Runway host runs some projects for McDonalds while waiting for the show's new season to start on Lifetime. If you are having a hard time imagining Heidi selling burgers, this picture might help. I'm not sure why the burgers are presented in a gift box as if they would be the latest Victoria's Secrets bra, but supposedly they are healthy and made of chicken.
