2009 Emmys Red Carpet Absolutely Worst Dressed: Victoria Rowell.

I must admit I had no idea who Victoria Rowell was until seeing her on the red carpet at the Emmy's tonight. So I guess the trick of wearing The Obama Dress worked well for her. I had to file it here on my blog as an absolute fashion faux pas. I don't have enough words to describe what's wrong with this look, but if someone thought this would be funny and/or fun to wear, they must have some sort of sick sense of fashion humor...
