The always impeccable Debra Messing didn't win my "best dressed" award on the Emmy's red carpet tonight. She looked great in her red one shoulder gown, but was missing the usual drama she brings on the red carpet. The gown blended with the carpet and wasn't accessorized or voluminous enough to make a statement.
