It must be Basil Soda's day today! After we spotted the gorgeous Paula Abdul in her yellow gown from the Spring/Summer 2009 collection, Katy Perry showed up in the 'bubble gum pink" number accessorized with a heart shaped clutch.
I loved her pink/gold makeup - she must be the only celebrity that could pull off that look without looking like a Barbie doll.
