Miley Cyrus does it again on the red carpet, being completely over-dressed for her young age. The long black gown by Max Azria is a gorgeous creation, but not for 16 years old!

Although Miley claimed on the red carpet the dress is an original Max creation, you could spot it on the Fall 2008 runways about a year ago... 

This would be a good excuse for Miley to look for a new stylist, someone with maybe just a bit more youthful taste...
