I know it's been a while since I posted my daily looks, but now I'm definitely back with my favorite column! The main reason is our new office location, which has an amazing rooftop (or from now on my photo studio) with gorgeous views of NYC - what could be a better backdrop for my daily outfits?...

Lately I think a lot about statement pieces when plan my purchases. The economy caused a slight shift in my fashion mind, and instead of buying tons of new clothes every season, I focus on key pieces that would stay in my closet for a long time - pieces that would serve as great memories for past trends and seasons. Like this Tracy Reese skirt, which expresses so precisely this summer's spirit - bold unique print, bright colors mixed with edgy black and full volume with defined waist line. I can see this skirt making a comeback maybe 5-7 years from now, paired with completely different accessories and still looking fashionable.
