While we are just getting used to over the knee boots trend, fashion trendsetter Jessica Alba proposes a new trend - over the knee socks worn under the tall boots to create layered look on the legs.

Adding to that the fact we've seen designers playing with socks and sandals on the runway last season, it will be safe to assume socks are making a major comeback into the spotlight, perhaps even replacing leggings (take a note, Lindsay)...
