Ellen Pompeo spotted one of the most fashion forward looks of the night at the SAG awards red carpet.

As she mentioned in her interview for the E! channel GlamCam, she found the dress in the January issue of Vogue (not a bad place to look for red carpet gowns).

The Spring/ Summer 2008 Nina Ricci runway look couldn't find a better use than wrapping Ellen's body. She looked absolutely stunning last night, drawing camera flashes to her metallic layered flowing gown.
