The reason I think Eva Longoria deserves to be on the best dressed list this Emmys red carpet is because she loves taking risks. This fringed ombre Marchesa frock from Spring 2009 collection isn't your typical red carpet gown, but guess what - it did stand out and fitted Eva's miniature physique.

The bow was a bit too big for my taste and raised a question of a "baby bump hiding" at some point, but again, it was all for the fashion statement.
