As someone who buys gadgets based on their looks (pink Fujifilm camera, HP notebook that fits in my purse), I admire what HP does to the tech market. The image of the notebook styled with matching shoes and accessories says it all - the era of gray look-alike gadgets is over.
Being ahead of the curve, HP not only makes trendy tech products, they put them in chic boutiques inside department stores. On September 10 HP unveiled a chicly designed boutique inside Lord & Taylor, in the heart of the NYC fashion district. Beginning today, newly announced HP products, along with this season’s must-have accessories are adorning the boutique space and 8 window displays outside of Lord &Taylor. HP’s Envy 13, HP Mini 110 by Studio Tord Boontje, HP Pavilion dm3 and the DreamScreen all emphasize design and style and will be featured in the store through Oct. 4.
I will be definitely checking HP's fall collection, although my HP TX2110 notebook from two seasons ago still works well with my personal style - sign of a true investment piece...
