FWD spotted the most gorgeous Spring 08 designer dress on my favorite fashion icon - Gwen Stefani in her new music video "Early Winter".

The grand, colorful Dolce & Gabbana creation looked amazing on the runway and works even better on Gwen.

Who else could pull it off?
