First Look: Lauren Conrad clothing line!

Ok, all the "Hills" fans! If you are on team Lauren you will be excited to know that she launches her first fashion collection today, on Heidi's bday!! That's a real war, ladies. Lauren shows that she might have lost her man Spencer Pratt to Heidi Montag, but she is the one that is actually having a future career once The Hills is over. Well, maybe it's a little too much to say about her new collection. While I give her kudos for the business skills to turn her name into a fashion brand, her collection is pretty disappointing. $140 jersey dresses? Haven't we seen too much of these last summer? It's a little boring I must say. The scarf she is wearing is kind of cute, but I wouldn't pay $29 for that. She is not Pucci... yet... This is what her website says about the launch:

So maybe I'm not a California girl, but I really don't see how this fashion line is special. What do you think?
