The Italian coffee company is introducing a new espresso machine. There is no argument about the tough competition in the coffee market. We became more educated and demand a better quality for our coffee, and when Starbucks raising its prices for the third time this year a machine at home just makes sense.
But this is no ordinary machine; Illy has perfected the functions on this espresso maker that will allow more body, aroma, and quality taste in your own kitchen.
There are endless options available in the market today, from the stove brewed Makineta to French press and espresso machines. The techniques changed to be more user friendly, even the ready-made coffee pods that save you time. But along those accommodations something was lost. It might be minor, but those exact temperatures, angles and techniques aren’t used by skilled Baristas for nothing.
The Hyper will take care of that gap, using confidential patents the machine allows top quality coffee in a press of a button.
It’s not going to be cheap $600-$800 for the home machine, but the executives at Illy did the math for us and in the long run it’ll be 75 cents per cup.
Take your time to think about it, they are coming out with it next year.
