| About: I'm from Italy , Napoli, one of the most beautiful cities in the world but I live and work in Manhattan as a personal trainer. I like to help people feel better, achieve their goals, get healthy , fit , and hot.
I train all ages and genders, prepare athletes for competitions, models for shoots , the elderly for health, and injured people as a recovering therapy.
I was a champion myself a few times: Mr. Italy of fitness two years in a row , New York state kickboxing champion , and Martial arts champion. I also teach kickboxing, martial arts(atemi chi do, ninnjitsu ), and nutrition.
