Physician's Formula Goes Organic

It’s nice to see SOMEONE in cosmetics finally foregoing
the industry’s typical cheap route, one taken in order to placate the zero-to-bitch in .1 seconds Barbie-doll crowd (”omg, it’s not sparkly enough!! Dilemma!!!”).

Hopefully your response is identical to mine: if it has chemicals in it, I really would prefer it NOT being on my face, thank you very much.

Oh, and not to mention that rabbits are often the guinea pigs of the cosmetic industry (among other industries; if you're in doubt, let this report from the Humane Society clear that one up for you).

Sooo, what to do? Physician’s Formula has come to us Vixens’ rescue
with a truly Vixen-esque solution: pure organic, naturally-sourced makeup.
The Organic Wear line, according to the company, contains no:

  • Harsh Chemicals
  • Synthetic Preservatives
  • Parabens
  • GMO’s
  • Synthetic Colors
  • Synthetic Fragrances

Did I mention this is a cruelty-free combo?

Indeed.

I’ve tried out the powder so far. It combines light and dark shades to get the best composite color for your complexion.

And does it look great? You bet! It delivers a natural, breezy look that works anytime, anywhere.

Now…where to find it? Wal-Mart and most drug stores have it; some grocery chains still need to catch up, though. Two chains in my area, Lowe’s and Harris Teeter, offer organics in many departments, but not cosmetics. If you live near a Harris Teeter, tell them you want Organic Wear in stores near you!

Vixenization Score: 5/5
