this product seems cool; but do you happen to know if it smears onto other surfaces or will come off and look streaky?

I'm going to have to try that. I usually go for a cheaper version of shine with some baby oil or ( in a pinch) shine spray for hair. Both work on legs, but this looks like it might be fun.
