Some makeup can turn flakey and look caked-on. Not to mention: what are all of those ingredients on the label? So what can people do to prevent that cake-y look and help the environment as well? Eco-friendly makeup is the answer! Toothpaste, nail polish, soaps, shampoo, suntan lotion, and all, lip-gloss, eyeshadow and moisturizer. Another helpful hint: try to look for makeup that is 'non-comedogenic'. Facts are straight from a dermatologist, who says that makeups that are non-comedogenic are less harsh on your face. Anyway, where can you find all of these great beauty products? You definitely will not have to travel across the world for them, that's for sure! Wal-Mart, Target (a personal favorite!) and department stores alike all sell green products. To make an even better impact on our environment, why not buy some Eco-friendly makeup brushes while you're at it! There are great online stores where you can shop 'till you drop. (you can look below to see some of them!). So many products, so little time! So what's a girl to do with all of the choices? Save our planet and look good, that's what! So here's to Eco-friendly, going green, or whatever you'd like to call it; so long as we save our environment!
:)
