I may be setting myself up for disappointment, but I am ridiculously excited about the new Speed Racer movie. That's why I'm so very pleased, dear readers, to bring you a preview of the music video for the movie's theme song. I thought I would hate it, but I am pretty pleased with it. Hopefully the movie won't suck!

I'm usually not into racing movies, but this one looks super disco... and oh, was it Emile Hirsch there??

I think Emile is just about the cutest thing ever and I love Christina Ricci. A little bummed that Speed Racer costumes are gonna be too obvious this Halloween...

I used to watch the cartoon when I was little too and I love Christina Ricci! lol! The music video is so awesome! I think the movie is directed by the Wachowski brothers who directed the Matrix. The movie looks so exciting! I can't wait! :)

yes, that IS Emile! and I'm totally not embarrassed to admit I watched the show when I was a kid - it was one of my faves!! be proud, bonvivant!!
