Both! These days it's all about reinventing the format, and the coat-dress is a great example for that. These coats from Net-a-Porter are great for a work day and fabulous for night. Wear these in spring light colors and you will look fresh and modern. Shapes are the key here, go for defined waist or for the full body short piece to accentuate the legs.
