I purchased a new PC about 6 months ago with the new Vista operating system.  I'd heard some mixed reviews about Vista, but went ahead and took the plunge.  Long story short, my computer ran like it was drunk, always updating itself for the worse and frustrating me to no end.

Thanks to our "It" tech genius Saar, I downloaded a service pack which fixes TONS of Vista's bugs.  In case I'm not the last person on earth to hear about this, I thought I'd pass on this helpful tip to anybody who is thinking about pitching their PC out the window.
