If you never saw Ashley Judd as your style icon - you probably should now, since she will be releasing her new fall collection at Goody's Family Clothing. As SJP she thinks fashion should come cheap, so she will be doing a line of denim, knit tees, sweaters and casual career outfits including blazers, skirts and cardigan sets - all cheap (read boring).

"I'm thrilled to be involved in a clothing line that provides simple, lovely solutions for women's wardrobes," Judd said in a statement released by the company. "I've always loved items that you can throw on easily and know that you'll feel and look good."

Ashley Judd is a beautiful actress, but I just don’t really know if she has her “signature style” that will make me buy her clothes. The company says that Judd helped the designers to develop the line by taking them on shopping trips to show them her style... No word if she actually designed anything herself. Oh well, you don't have to these days in order to have your own fashion line. The recipe is simple - you take few talented designers on a shopping spree with you - and then wink, next morning they come up with sketches for your new collection.
